Leadership at WPCS-Eastside is a responsibility shared between district administration, the principal, instructional staff, students, and parents.  The district's emphasis is on a well-balanced and rigorous core curriculum.  Instructional programs align with state and district standards.  Staff members and parents participate on various committees that make decisions regarding the priorities and direction of the school plan to ensure the instructional programs are consistent with students' needs and the school plan complies with district goals.
