VOLUNTEER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

All WPCS parent/guardians are required to obtain a district badge if volunteering outside of the school day/for extracurricular activities. This process starts with filling out a Volunteer Application and receiving signature approval from the principal. You can find Volunteer Applications in the school office. The next steps (following signature approval from the principal) are listed on the application itself for your reference.

Please see the below log for details on Parent Hours. You may also ask your student's homeroom teacher about Parent Hours. The log below is a blank form for your records only, as most Parent Hours are being tracked by the school as they are completed.
