Dear Junior High Families interested in the East Coast Trip 2022,
The next East Coast trip is set for tentatively June 7-15, 2022.Informational meeting will be held Tuesday, April 20 at 6pm via zoom. Please join us for the latest updates if you are interested in this trip.
Reminders: If you had already registered for the 2021 trip, you will need to register again for the 2022 trip.
To re-register or to register for the first time, please do so HERE and send your initial $300 deposit per traveler (minimum) BY CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK or MONEY ORDER now. This money is refundable until the board gives their official approval. Once we have board approval, the initial $200 deposited will not be refundable.
Current 8th graders CAN still go with us even though you will be at the end of your 9th grade year! However, the student must have registered and sent a check to PACE for the deposit (minimum) by May 28, 2021. THIS will be a non-refundable deposit.
We have attached the updated brochure like the one that Greg (our travel guide) showed during his presentation. We have also placed a link to the website that has all the documents discussed at our informational meeting.
Travel insurance is REQUIRED. Deposits and payments should be directly mailed to PACE Travel, PO BOX 699, Naples, NC, 27860. Checks should be made out to PACE Travel and should include traveler(s) name(s) and campus name. Credit card payments are not accepted. Fundraising efforts are not applied for deposits. In fact, fundraising will not be applied until Feb 2022 at the earliest and only if a traveler is fairly on schedule with payments. See attached or website for more info.
